Kisac Fair Trade Ltd. is an artisan-based group comprised of members, employees and artisans. Their four primary missions are:

• Elevate the standard of living among members and active artisans through the production and sale of soapstone carvings.
• Improve the social, economic, and environmental well-being of marginalized local communities by participation in community-based projects.
• Operate an equitable business that involves the sharing of profits between members, employees and artisans.
• Promote fair trade and social justice within the community

Since its inception, Kisac has generated income for its members, artisans and employees.
