Returns/Exchanges For Online Purchases

We want you to be happy with your purchase! If you find that you need to return your item, please refer to your original order confirmation email, click on view my order and follow the steps to initiate the return request. You may also contact us at returns@saltboxsash.com for assistance

You may return most new, unopened products within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). Any taxes charged will be refunded according to state laws. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment for the cost of the product plus taxes. A store credit will be issued if the returned item is a gift. Please take the time to properly pack fragile items with protective materials to ensure their safe arrival. Return items must arrive at Saltbox Sash unused, damage and stain-free or they will not be eligible for a return or exchange.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases, you will receive a refund more quickly. This period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). 

Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. If your order has already shipped, then we will be unable to cancel the order and will need to treat the order as a return. However, if the order has not yet shipped, we will be happy to assist you with this request. 

Items missing in your order or incorrect items received

Should there be an item missing from your order or if you’ve received an incorrect item, please get in touch with us within 7 days of the receipt of the package so that we may send you the correct item or issue a refund.

Damages

We ask that our customers notify us of damaged or defective items within 14 days of your purchase. If the item/items are still in stock, we will ship a replacement or a refund will be issued in the original form of payment. Please do not send back any damaged or defective products unless we’ve determined that it is necessary to do so. Visual proof of damaged items will be required.

In-Store Returns/Exchanges

Customers may return new, unopened products in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase with your store receipt for a full refund in the form of the original payment. If your return was a gift, a store credit will be issued. We cannot accept returns/exchanges for items past 30 days or items marked as final sale/clearance.
