These natural candle holder vases are handmade in Kenya. They are hand-carved out of Kisii soapstone and then sanded until smooth. These feature an inner ledge to hold standard taper candles (the opening is approximately ⅞ inches wide). If the taper candle fit is too snug, try trimming up to 1 inch off the bottom of the candle for a better fit. These are also designed to hold dried flowers or botanicals as the center hole drops down within 1 inch of the base. For decorative use only with dried flowers or botanicals; not intended to hold water. Style this hand-carved vase candleholder on your bookshelf, mantle, or console table. Can be styled with dry or faux florals or taper candles.
